WCC2010 registration entitlements are as follows:

Fulltime and student registrations include:

  • Attendance at all congress sessions
  • Industry exhibition admission
  • Morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch included on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
  • Welcome reception on Monday evening
  • Satchel including one conference proceedings

Note: Fulltime and student registrations do not include a ticket to the YIT networking dinner or congress dinner. Fulltime and student registrants may purchase tickets to these functions at the guest ticket price. Please indicate on the registration form if you wish to purchase tickets to these functions.

YIT 2 day registrations include:

  • Attendance at congress sessions on Monday and Tuesday
  • Industry exhibition admission on Monday and Tuesday
  • Morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch on Monday and Tuesday
  • Welcome reception on Monday evening
  • YIT networking dinner on Monday evening
  • Satchel including your choice of ONE conference proceedings

SEARCC registrations do not include copies of the conference proceedings volume/s for the IFIP conferences. Copies of conference proceedings volumes may be purchased subject to availability at the congress. If you would like to purchase specific volumes, please express your interest when you register via the online registration site.

All day registrations (EXCLUDING SEARCC day registrations) include:

  • Attendance at all congress sessions on the day of registration only
  • Industry exhibition admission on the day of registration only

Late registration refers to those delegates who register on or after 16 July 2010, or those who pay to register upon arrival at the congress. Congress satchels and their contents (including proceedings volumes) cannot be guaranteed for late registrants.

Author registration

Please note that the discounted author registration rate deadline has now passed. If you are an author and still wish to register for the congress, please register above through the standard delegate registration process at the normal registration rate.

Proceedings

  • A fulltime registration includes your choice of ONE copy of a conference proceedings volume.
  • Copies of other conference proceedings volumes may be purchased subject to availability at the congress. If you would like to purchase additional volumes, please express your interest when you register via the online registration site.
  • One day registrations are not entitled to a copy of a proceedings volume. If you would like to purchase a copy of any of the conference proceedings volumes please express your interest when you register via the online registration site.
  • Only proceedings volumes that have been pre-ordered by 26 July 2010 will be available for collection at the congress; no extra volumes will be ordered.
  • Delegates will be responsible for delivery of their proceedings volume/s to their home; a freight service will not be provided by the congress.

Visa

All travellers to Australia, other than Australian and New Zealand citizens, are legally required to hold a valid visa or electronic travel authority (ETA). It is your responsibility to ensure documentation is correct and completed before you commence your journey. Delegates must register for the event before lodging their visa/ETA application. Following your registration, you will receive an acknowledgement letter. This is all you require from the conference managers in order to make your visa/ETA application. We recommend you apply for your visa/ETA at least 10 weeks before you travel (earlier in some cases). For more information, contact your nearest Australian Embassy/Consulate or view the Australian Department of Immigration website www.immi.gov.au/visitors/.

Registration cancellation policy

  • All cancellations must be notified in writing to Event Planners Australia
  • Cancellations received on or before 19 July 2010 will be refunded in full, less 25% of the fee to cover administration costs; no registration refunds will be made after this date
  • As an alternative to cancellation your registration may be transferred to another member of your organisation, subject to a $33 processing fee
  • Please note that registration refunds will not be granted based on inability to obtain a visa to enter Australia – if delegates are unsure of their ability to obtain a visa we recommend they investigate travel insurance

Payment

  • **All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST
  • **Payment must accompany your registration form
  • **Your registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received
  • **Payment must be received by the due date to receive the discount, otherwise the next level of payment will be charged
  • **Cheques or drafts must be in Australian currency, drawn on an Australian bank and free of all charges
  • **Cheques should be made payable to Event Planners Australia Pty Ltd
  • **Payment by credit card is also acceptable. Please note that debits to your credit card, excluding accommodation, will appear as Event Planners Australia on your statement
  • **Credit card details are required to secure accommodation. If you are only providing credit card details for accommodation and will be paying your registration fees by another option please indicate this on your registration form
  • **Faxed registration forms are acceptable only if payment is by credit card
  • ** Payment may also be made by electronic funds transfers. Please ensure the amount transferred is equal to the total due INCLUDING any bank charges. To assist in the allocation of your payment, please fax transfer advice to 07 3858 5499 immediately after payment to ensure prompt allocation of your payment. Please ensure that your invoice number and ACMM21 are included on the transfer notice.
